From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. local Bejing time, the 16 couples participating in the 2013 World DanceSport Championship Showdance Standard have rehearsed their 4-minute routines on the dance floor that has been put in at the Ditan Gymnasium.
Now, in the afternoon, it's the turn of the 16 Latin couples to give the handful of people present at the 2,000-capacity venue a first impression of what they will show and dance in full splendour tomorrow and on Sunday. That's when the the two World Championships Showdance and the two Beijing GrandSlams complement each other for a DanceSport spectacular.
